This course takes place at the Golden Valley venue and is packed FULL of knowledge! A must for successful training!!
This course is suitable for all ages.
Each session will start without dogs for an informative talk in the purpose built classroom. The talk will be on a specific subject, this subject will be different each week.
You will then play a series of training games with your dog in the secure grass paddock.
Week 1 – Focus, Disengagement and Recall – Understanding Your Dog’s Brain.
Week 2 – Proximity for Agility, Loose Lead Games and Strategies For Stress Free Queueing. – Understanding How Your Dog Makes Choices and Ensuring They Choose The Right One!
Week 3 – Calmness v’s Excitement – Working With An Agility Dog In Arousal.
SMALL class of 4 dogs to enable lots of individual advice and feedback.
You will also receive a welcome pack which will aid your training and a certificate and small rosette on completion of the course.
