Terms & Conditions – KB Agility

By booking any service with KB Agility, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

All sessions, courses, and workshops must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

In-Person Sessions & Online Sessions:

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable

Courses & Workshops:

  • Payments are non-refundable once a programme or workshop has started
  • If you are unable to attend, your place cannot be transferred unless agreed in advance

If KB Agility needs to cancel or reschedule a session, an alternative date or refund will be offered.

3. In-Person Training & Workshops

  • All dogs must be kept under control at all times unless instructed otherwise
  • Dogs should be on lead when not actively working
  • Clients are responsible for their dog’s behaviour at all times

You must inform us of any behavioural concerns (including reactivity or aggression) prior to your session or workshop.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop a session if safety is at risk.

Dogs must:

  • be fit and healthy to train
  • not attend if injured or unwell
  • be appropriately vaccinated or titre tested

4. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • your own safety during training
  • your dog’s behaviour and actions
  • following any safety instructions given during sessions

Participation in any training is at your own risk.

5. Online Training Disclaimer

Online sessions, courses, and webinars are provided for guidance only.

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • your training environment is safe
  • your dog is suitable for the exercises being carried out
  • you follow instructions appropriately

KB Agility cannot be held responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of online training materials.

6. Liability

KB Agility holds appropriate public and professional liability insurance.

However:

  • we are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage caused by you or your dog
  • we are not liable for veterinary or medical costs arising from training participation

7. Media & Content

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during sessions or workshops for educational or promotional use.

You may opt out at any time by informing us in writing.

8. Data Protection

Your personal data is stored securely and used only for the purpose of delivering services and communication.

We do not share your data with third parties unless required for safety or legal reasons.

You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time.

9. General

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

Booking and payment confirm acceptance of these terms.
